Conex RVA is Richmond’s newest outdoor entertainment and event destination -  home to live music, seasonal festivals, local food trucks, and community gatherings all year long. We’re excited to invite local creators, artisans, and small businesses to become a part of our growing vendor community.

Vendor Expectations

We’re looking for partners who bring value, creativity, and energy to the Conex experience. All vendors are expected to:

  • Maintain a clean, professional setup

  • Operate during posted event hours

  • Provide their own tables, décor, and equipment unless otherwise specified

  • Comply with all City of Richmond and VDH requirements applicable to their business

  2. Complete the Vendor Application Form below with your business information, setup details, and preferred dates.

  3. Once submitted, a member of our management team will review your application and reach out with next steps.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Space is limited and will be confirmed upon approval and deposit.
